Land to Lease or Sell for Hybrid Solar, Energy Storage and Thermal?
We work with landowners that have available acreage for development for any project size. While we prefer to purchase the land, we are willing to enter into a long-term lease when appropriate. If you own land and wish to discuss either selling or leasing property, contact us today. We will provide a no-cost site evaluation to determine if your property is suitable for a solar energy opportunity.
The following are some of the characteristics we look for during site evaluation:
  • Contiguous land, from 25 acres to several hundred acres, preferably flat and clear
  • Close proximity to power lines and/or a local utility substation
  • Clear of environmental issues like floodplains, wetlands, and endangered species
  • We also lease large commercial rooftops in urban areas

Leasing Your Land
We seek sites from landowners and owners of commercial buildings for the long-term lease of space to develop, construct, own and operate solar and storage projects that generate clean energy.

​We are dedicated to maintaining a strong relationship with local families and land owners and the surrounding community.

We understand what it takes to make your rooftop an economic platform for lowering your demand costs. 

​We have conducted several feasibility studies to define the optimal solution versus business as usual conditions for 100 to 500 apartment complexes.

We provide the industry expertise to validate pre-front end engineering and design to enable your project viable.
Solar Apprenticeship Program
We work with local industrial development organizations to establish renewable apprenticeship programs to allow solar developers to maximize local content. 
We act as the bridge  to federal apprenticeship programs designed to qualify for incentive tax credits per the recent Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. 

​In many cases, we will take on an active teaching role to guide formation and operation of the program.
